Soak in the hot springs of Guguan for a cozy warmth
Come soak in the hot springs of Guguan. The 2010 “Guguan Hot Spring Feast” series event — “Healthy Living in Guguan ~ Fun with Hot Springs” hosted by the Shei-Pa National Scenic Area Administration under the Tourism Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, will be held from November 6 to December 4, 2010. During the event period, hot spring hotels in the Guguan area will offer special promotions. Everyone is welcome to come to Guguan for a relaxing soak and great deals.
The “Guguan Hot Spring Feast” event will hold its opening ceremony at 2:00 PM on November 6 (Saturday) in front of the Guguan Hot Spring Cultural Hall, kicking off the festivities with exciting indigenous song and dance performances, marking the official start of the “2010 Guguan Hot Spring Feast.” The program includes quizzes, celebrity performances, and dances by an indigenous dance troupe. Then on November 7 (Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, there will be challenge games, DIY activities, quizzes, and more exciting performances.
In addition, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on November 13, 20, 27, and December 3 (Saturdays), at the plaza of the Guguan Hot Spring Cultural Hall, there will be four street performer shows and indigenous dance performances, allowing visitors to enjoy not only hot springs and delicious food in Guguan but also fantastic performances.

Luo Jinzhou, chairman of the Guguan Community Development Association, stated that the Shei-Pa Administration is vigorously promoting Guguan’s hot springs, and local businesses certainly need to lend strong support.
