The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ "Happy Stays: 100 Kinds of Touching Moments – Staying at My Place is the Most Touching PK" is entering its New Year’s Eve countdown. The voting activity ends at midnight on January 5th of the 100th year (2011), and all premium hotel and homestay vouchers will be drawn on January 6th, along with one ultra-popular iPhone 4. With high chances of winning, the public is encouraged to seize this great opportunity.

Currently, 450 accommodation providers (217 hotels and 223 homestays) are participating, with a total of 550,000 votes cast and nearly 880,000 page views. This PK competition has been thrilling, and the latest rankings are as follows: In the hotel category, the Kylin Business Hotel series took the lead, closely followed by well-known hotels such as Changhua Laurel, Guanyue Business Hotel, Kenting SHA Wellness Resort, Ideal Paradise, Buluowan Shan Yue, and Jiaoxi Evergreen Laurel Hotel. In the homestay category, leaders include Canaan Meidi Eco Homestay, Mountain Venice Homestay, and Greek Frontier, with close competition from Zhuo Ye Cottage, Xing Yuan Homestay, Sunward Countryside, Ke Zhi Wo Mountain Villa, and Feng Chun Yuan Holiday Villa.

The Tourism Bureau stated that every entry video in this competition is deeply moving, and even newly submitted videos have reached peak emotional impact. All these touching videos can be found on the PK website, making it the best guide for holiday travel plans. Voting online also gives you a chance to win one of a hundred “Century Centennial Stay Discount Coupons” provided by the Tourism Bureau. During the centennial celebration of the founding of the Republic of China, 100 lucky winners will be selected.
