Cherry Blossom Sightseeing Shuttle Bus Information at Tai’an Police Station

The “Tai’an Cherry Blossom Season” is jointly organized by the Taichung City Government Tourism and Travel Bureau and the Houli District Office. Along a 200-meter stretch of Anmei Road, nearly 100 pink cherry blossom trees create a festive atmosphere, making it one of the most popular cherry blossom viewing spots in Taichung. The softly colored, romantically toned blossoms beautifully decorate the rural roads, with cherry blossoms also viewable at Tai’an Police Station and Tai’an Elementary School.

To avoid excessive crowds and traffic congestion around Tai’an Police Station during the cherry blossom season, shuttle buses are available on weekends from February 24 to March 11, including February 24, 25, 28, and March 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, and 18. Buses run approximately every 12 to 15 minutes, providing transport between Taichung Railway’s Xintai’an Station and Anmei Road. It is recommended to use the shuttle to avoid traffic jams and parking hassles.

Nearby attractions such as the tulip fields at Zhongshe Flower Market, the old Tai’an Railway Station, the Railway Culture Park, the Millennium Camphor Tree at Yuemei Sugar Refinery, and the Houli Saxophone Cultural Museum offer great options for planning a spring trip.
