Elite Concept stated that with the economic recovery this year, companies have increased their year-end gift budgets, leading to a surge in orders. Many well-known pharmaceutical and tech companies have already ordered over 780 boxes, with an estimated 1,500 boxes to be ordered before Lunar New Year, generating NT$15.35 million in sales.

The specially made pineapple cakes use Echire French fermented butter, paired with Taiwanese No. 3 pineapples and Kansai kumquat jam. Their unique round-outside-square-inside shape symbolizes wealth and prosperity. The nougat is carefully selected with the highest-grade almonds, Echire French fermented butter, and collagen—crisp outside, soft inside. The Kansai black tea candy is made by grinding tea leaves into powder using cold technology and blending them with Western pear puree and healthy trehalose, resulting in a refreshing and smooth taste. All are meticulously crafted by the chef.
