Shengli Farm’s Tea Experience Course – “Tea Fun Day Tour” requires advance booking. Suggested itinerary: 9:00 AM – Arrive at Shengli Farm → Professional guide explains tea ecology → 9:30 AM – Start tea picking → 10:30 AM – Try tea processing → 12:30 PM – Enjoy Shengli Farm specialty lunch → 2:00 PM – Hike along Longyinshan or Er Yanping Trails → 4:00 PM – Sample homemade tea products → Take home self-made tea souvenirs.

 

 

Additionally, as a former tea factory, Shengli Farm also offers a variety of tea-infused dishes. Beyond Chinese cuisine, their signature Oolong Bubble Milk Tea has gained a small following among visitors.

If you don’t have time for a tea-making course, you can still enjoy tea tasting to savor the complex flavors—especially the unique aroma of aged tea. Shengli Farm competes in annual competitions with outstanding results. Their specialty meals are diverse, including mountain spring water tofu with wasabi from Alishan, tea-infused lemon fish combining Alishan tea with Thai flavors, black tea pork knuckle, and the particularly unique fried “Jinxuan Crispy Delight,” which is surprisingly non-greasy despite being deep-fried—you can actually taste the fragrant tea. The oolong tea chicken soup is also highly praised.

 

 

Vegetarians need not worry—Shengli Farm also prepares special meals with assorted vegetables and mushrooms, plus the healthy “Ashitaba Yam Soup.” No MSG is used, allowing guests to enjoy the natural flavors of food and tea-infused dishes.

YUYUPAS (meaning “abundance and well-being” in Tsou language), a newly established cultural village in Alishan Township’s Leye Village, is a special park introducing Tsou indigenous culture. Right at the entrance, there’s a seven-star quality restroom with lush green decor, giving visitors a refreshing impression of restroom facilities in scenic areas.
