Spring is the season when brands launch new products, and department stores are targeting women’s wallets with a series of cosmetic discount events to help you face the season with confidence. Hankyu Taipei’s "Beauty Festival" features brand discount sets starting at 42% off, plus bonus gifts for reaching beauty spending thresholds and member recruitment gifts. Meanwhile, Q Square’s "Flawless Beauty Spring Cosmetics Festival" offers new arrivals at 50% off, and shoppers spending over NT$3,000 can enter a lucky draw. It’s a great chance to stock up on a year’s worth of beauty and skincare products.

Q Square’s "Flawless Beauty Spring Cosmetics Festival" runs from February 25 (Fri) to March 17 (Thu). In addition to new spring makeup and skincare items starting at 50% off—such as SK-II’s spring new arrivals priced at NT$2,700 starting March 5, Kanebo DEW EX Collagen Revitalizing Limited Set originally NT$11,750 now NT$6,700, and KOSE Infinite Skin Care Exclusive Set at NT$3,600—shoppers who spend a total of NT$3,000 or more in a single day on cosmetics or fragrances across the mall can enter to win either NT$4,300 worth of SWISSWEDA skincare or NT$2,380 worth of xantia makeup sets. On March 8, women who spend NT$388 or more with a Q Card can redeem a Yofroyo yogurt ice cream (limited to 200 servings, while supplies last).

Hankyu’s "Beauty Festival" runs from February 24 (Thu) to March 16 (Wed), featuring products including makeup, skincare, body care, facial treatments, fragrances, and men’s "light skincare." Discounts start at 42% off, such as the Kanebo IMPRESS IC Whitening Selection Value Set (original NT$4,190, sale NT$1,750) and CLINIQUE Pink Peach Glamorous Makeup Set (original NT$3,600, sale NT$1,500). Both the spending threshold gifts and membership recruitment gifts are applicable to all 39 beauty brands in the mall, with giveaways including Philips hair dryers and HANKYU BEAUTY Bonus Exchange Vouchers (for brands like Dior, CLINIQUE, RMK, LANCOME, etc.).
