Once slated for demolition and conversion into a park, Songshan Airport has regained importance following the opening of cross-strait direct flights, and now even its Travel Service Center has reopened. Located in Terminal 2, the center uses "V" as its main identifier. The "V" represents the internationally recognized term for a travel service center—"information." The design takes partial visual elements and calligraphic strokes from the English letter "V," paired with a striking bright yellow color, offering visitors warm and familiar travel consultation services that reflect Taiwan’s hospitality.

The Department of Information and Tourism noted that Taipei City has so far established 13 Travel Service Centers. In addition to the reopened Songshan Airport Travel Service Center, others are located at Taipei Main Station, East District Underground Street, MRT Chien Tan Station, MRT Beitou Station, MRT Ximen Station, and Maokong Station. Each center provides specialized services including "tourist attractions," "transportation and accommodation," "package tours," and "brochures and maps," tailored to their locations. The goal is to make Taipei a world-renowned friendly tourism city and build a comprehensive, dense travel network.

In addition, in conjunction with the reopening of Terminal 2 at Songshan Airport, the Department of Information and Tourism has launched a cute and practical Yabi-shaped USB drive. The Yabi USB drive is currently on hot sale at the Memorial Gift Center on the first floor of the Taipei City Hall, the Taipei Confucius Temple, the Shilin Official Residence Park, and the Lighting Engineering Management Office Staff Consumer Cooperative.
