Another wave of convenience store point campaigns is here! Following the summer collecting craze sparked by the “Doraemon Revolving Fan,” 7-ELEVEN and Watsons have once again joined forces to launch the “Rilakkuma Leisure Life Series,” featuring the “Romantic France Edition” and “Sweet Goodnight Edition.” The event kicks off on August 3 and is sure to win over both kids and adults alike!

Watsons noted that previous synchronized full-store point collection campaigns with 7-ELEVEN have achieved strong redemption results. This year, they are once again teaming up with 7-ELEVEN. Unlike past character figurines, this time they are introducing a cute plush toy — the “Rilakkuma - Sweet Goodnight Edition” redemption campaign — which is expected to draw another wave of redemption traffic to Watsons.

The name Rilakkuma comes from the Japanese words “relax” and “kuma” (meaning bear), embodying Rilakkuma’s love for a leisurely lifestyle. Watsons’ “Sweet Goodnight Edition” features seven Rilakkuma plush toys: Sleeping Rilakkuma, Milk-Drinking Rilakkuma, Star-Counting Rilakkuma, Milk-Drinking Little White Bear, Star-Counting Little White Bear, Milk-Drinking Chick, and Star-Counting Chick. These are designed to help Rilakkuma fans enjoy a good night’s sleep and sweet dreams. Spend NT$220 to earn 1 point; collect 3 points and pay an additional NT$50, or collect 9 points to redeem a Rilakkuma plush toy for free. Aside from the plush toys, Watsons’ full-store point campaign allows customers to redeem one of 24 food, beverage, and entertainment offers from eight different partners — including a buy-one-get-one-free classic ice cream at COLD STONE, Afternoon Tea, Mister Donut donuts, 21 Flavor House herb-roasted chicken, BEING Spa, Pet Plus, Saint Nato Bakery, and Pizza Hut — once they accumulate 3 points.
