JAL Launches New Promotion: Flights to Tokyo and Osaka for Just NT$9,800

To thank Taiwan for its heartfelt support following Japan’s 311 earthquake and to celebrate the centennial of Japan’s founding and Double Ten National Day, Japan Airlines is offering an early bird special. Book your flight from Taipei to Tokyo (both Taoyuan/ Narita or Songshan/ Haneda are applicable), Osaka, and Nagoya in October or November, and enjoy fares starting from just NT$9,800 (taxes extra)!

The early bird promotion by Japan Airlines covers flights departing between October 1, 2011, and November 30, 2011, with booking and ticketing required by August 15. Flights from Taipei to Tokyo (Haneda/ Narita), Osaka, and Nagoya are available for just NT$9,800, while flights from Kaohsiung are NT$12,000 per person (taxes extra). Currently, airport taxes and Japan Airlines flights from Taiwan to the three major cities of Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya in Japan are included. For those wishing to visit other areas, you can connect with Japan’s domestic flights—just add NT$1,000 per single domestic leg, and you can easily access a total of 55 cities within Japan.

Additionally, if you’re planning to travel in Japan during the summer vacation, from now until August 31, Japan Airlines is offering discounted round-trip Q-class fares from Taipei or Kaohsiung to Tokyo (Narita). Flights from Taipei start at just NT$9,500 (before tax), while those from Kaohsiung start at NT$13,000 (before tax).
