As October arrives, autumn is in full swing, marking the peak season for crabs. Food enthusiasts have been eagerly anticipating indulging in these delicacies, and the HowToTrip Group’s crab-tasting extravaganza has officially begun. Throughout October, each hotel will roll out unique themes and dishes, allowing guests to savor juicy, flavorful crab cuisine.

The “Crab Discovery” seasonal menu at The Regent Taipei includes the “Butter Crab Set Menu” (NT$2,500+10%/person) and an authentic Cantonese “Sichuan Pepper & BBQ Sauce Vermicelli with Crab Roe Hotpot” (NT$1,000+10%/serving) at Yee Palace Chinese Restaurant; The Pavilion Western Restaurant also presents the “Love for Crabs” set at NT$1,800+10%/person, as well as the exclusive “Vanilla Brandy-Seared Large Crab Roe” (NT$1,000+10%/serving), available only at The Regent.

Grand Formosa Taroko has launched a “Delicious Crab Feast” theme, featuring the “Finger-Lickin' Red Crab Couple Set” at Yee Hwa Chinese Restaurant for NT$980+10%, with discounts starting from 25% off; while the Xiangyun Western Buffet starts at NT$620+10%. Chihping Hotel Chiayi’s Bauhinia Hall Chinese Restaurant offers a “Autumn Crab Set Menu” (from October 16 to November 15), with a 9-course meal at NT$1,000+10%/person. Thanks to the meticulous cooking by each chef, diners are sure to remember the sweet, delicate flavor of the crab.
