The Songshan Airport New Business District has officially opened, jointly created as a “Fashion Shopping Street.”

Since the completion of its new terminal, Songshan Airport has brought a refreshing experience to many travelers. The “Fashion Shopping Street” international terminal mall, developed by Uni-President Enterprises, officially opened on the 24th, focusing primarily on shopping with dining as a secondary offering. It houses 11 brands such as 7-ELEVEN, Watsons, OPEN PLAZA, Spring Water Hall Tea House Qiushan Hall, Wei Ge Pastry Shop, Yuzhenxin, and Wan Yi Foods, and features the first-ever introduction of “Art Space,” a store showcasing top-tier Taiwanese handmade art, allowing visitors to take home more of Taiwan’s artistic essence.

The “Fashion Shopping Street” spans nearly 500 ping (approximately 1,650 square meters) and is designed around the concept of “Taiwan’s Artistry Meeting the World,” featuring four themed zones: “Convenient Taiwan,” “Colorful Taiwan,” “Arts & Culture Taiwan,” and “Premium Taiwan.” The first floor includes the nation’s first composite concept store of 7-ELEVEN, Watsons, and OPEN PLAZA, occupying 57 ping (approximately 188 square meters) and offering over 6,000 products to meet a wide range of consumer needs in cosmetics, food & beverage, and souvenirs. A 160-ping (approximately 528 square meters) public space features sofa seating, ASUS 24T slide tablets, free charging stations, and Wi-Fi zones.

The second floor is the main shopping area located next to the international terminal gates, covering 280 ping (approximately 924 square meters) with the refined touch of Japanese department stores. It offers a range of items from Taiwanese crafts and local specialties to light meals. Featured brands making their debut include Spring Water Hall’s tea brand Qiushan Hall and Yufeng Tea, Taichung specialty Yuzhenxin, Wan Yi Foods, and Wei Ge Pastry Shop. The dining options focus on light meals, featuring Starbucks and Spring Water Hall.

Additionally, there are several promotional activities during the opening period. Spring Water Hall is offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal on pearl milk tea for customers who check in on Facebook, and a free pearl milk tea coupon for purchases over NT$300. From October 24 to 26, Yufeng Tea is running a buy-4-get-1-free promotion on oolong tea, while Wei Ge Pastry Shop is offering an across-the-board 20% discount. Yuzhenxin’s classic buttery crispy pastry gift boxes and Wan Yi Foods also have various special offers. The public is welcome to take advantage of these deals.
