The Palazzo Versace is the world’s first hotel marketed under a luxury fashion brand concept. With design inspired by European palaces and classic Roman architecture, it integrates premium Italian fashion house Versace’s luxury goods to create an elegant and distinctive accommodation experience. It successfully blends high fashion with travel, allowing this global fashion icon from Italy to shine brightly in Australia.

Calling it a “palace hotel” is no exaggeration—the soaring lobby, paved with imported Italian marble tiles, radiates opulence. A closer look reveals a ceiling adorned with classical gold embellishments, suspending a dazzling crystal chandelier, all framed by majestic Baroque columns, as if you’ve stepped into a resplendent European palace. The four circular seats at the center of the lobby are upholstered in Versace fabrics, and even the hotel staff wear bespoke Versace uniforms, exuding cutting-edge style.

The guest room floors flank either side of the lobby. Palazzo Versace boasts 205 exquisitely designed rooms and 72 luxurious self-contained suites. No matter which room type you choose, all furnishings are crafted from Versace luxury items—from sofas and cushions to tableware, bathrobes, toiletries, curtains, bedspreads, and linens… each features the brand’s iconic Medusa head emblem. Even the hallways are adorned with Versace women’s fashion sketches and photos, fully embodying the spirit of the brand.

Beyond the rooms, you’ll also find dining ware embossed with the Medusa logo in the hotel’s restaurants. There are four on-site restaurants, with Vanitas—overlooking the swimming pool—being the most popular. It offers an extensive wine list of over 400 selections, accompanied by a professional sommelier service. Le Jardin, beloved by elegant ladies, is famed for its English-style afternoon tea. Vie Bar+Restaurant, facing the marina, serves as a trendy modern Australian cuisine restaurant.
