Sunshine Hot Springs Resort consists of two main buildings: one is the accommodation lodge, and the other is the SPA leisure center. At the leisure center, you can enjoy a variety of spa treatments. On the first floor, there is an outdoor public pool, which is divided into male and female sections, as well as a children’s play pool. There are also hinoki wood saunas, steam rooms, and hydrotherapy spas. The hydrotherapy SPA features various energy-enhancing options such as ultrasonic pools, bubble massage beds, vortex baths, floatation baths, waterfall impact baths, acupressure massage baths, and underwater health walkways. If you want to relieve muscle soreness after exercise, you can visit the second-floor area for reflexology massage services, including foot massages, full-body meridian massages, and half-body meridian massages.

In addition, the resort has specially introduced Turkish hot spring fish next to the outdoor public pool. These fish can survive in water as hot as 37 degrees Celsius and feed on dead skin cells and minor wounds, offering an interesting experience of having fish exfoliate your skin while you soak.

If you prefer not to use the public pools, the resort also provides private themed hot spring rooms. Whether you want to enjoy soaking in a Chinese Zen-inspired space or surrounded by Japanese garden scenery, there are various room types to choose from. Be sure to call ahead and make a reservation if you plan to visit, to avoid disappointment.
