Universal Studios Japan's new theme park opens on March 16, creating a world of popular cartoon characters

The highly popular Universal Studios Japan has launched its newest theme park – Universal Cool Japan, which will officially open on Friday, March 16. It offers 28 new attractions and a cartoon world decorated with characters such as Snoopy, Hello Kitty, and those from Sesame Street, making it a fun destination for both adults and children.

Covering an area of approximately 30,000 square meters, Universal Cool Japan faithfully recreates the worlds of beloved cartoons. It includes attractions suitable for both adults and kids, such as “Snoopy Flying Ace” and “Elmo’s Bubble Parade,” as well as rides designed for young children like “Elmo’s Little Drive” and “Sesame Street Big Drive.” There’s also the adorable “Hello Kitty Ribbon Collection” to explore. The anime zone features a variety of play equipment and game areas, allowing every child to play safely and joyfully.

The park also offers dining areas where visitors can enjoy American-style desserts such as fried apples, cupcakes, and sandwiches made by Cookie Monster, as well as specialty shops selling merchandise for family-friendly shopping. The new attractions and experiences at Universal Cool Japan promise to create unforgettable memories for all visitors.
