He will showcase the authentic stir-frying techniques and methods of traditional Mongolian barbecue, preserving the original flavor of the meat and the crisp texture of vegetables. Paired with his secret sauce, the Mongolian barbecue is elevated to a culinary masterpiece.

In addition to the brand-new Mongolian barbecue, there’s also a festive “Dragon-Tiger Tonic Soup Reunion Fortune Pot,” simmered for over 30 hours using premium shark bones and golden-leg free-range chicken. The milky-white Dragon-Tiger tonic soup is not only rich in calcium and essence from the free-range chicken, but also perfect for the whole family to nourish their health and embrace vitality during the New Year celebrations.
