To celebrate Hullett House’s upscale restaurant St. George in Hong Kong being named one of Asia’s top dining establishments in the 2012 Hong Kong Macau Michelin Guide and receiving the prestigious Michelin one-star award, Hullett House has launched a new “Hong Kong Culinary Treasures” promotion starting January 30, 2012. The package is priced from HK$11,800 (plus 10% service charge), and includes a two-night stay with complimentary upgrade to a corner suite, as well as a HK$4,000 food and beverage credit that can be used at any of Hullett House’s five fine-dining establishments (including the Michelin-starred St. George) or any of the nine restaurants under the Aqua Hospitality Group (including aqua, Hutong, and Armani/Aqua). The promotion runs until May 25, 2012.

Hullett House is situated within the former Marine Police Headquarters in Hong Kong and is part of The Leading Hotels of the World luxury hotel collection. Its history dates back to 1881. Perched on a hilltop, it offers sweeping views of Victoria Harbour and Hong Kong’s iconic Star Ferry pier. The entire development is design-led, featuring a heritage hotel, five restaurants, and bars, all influenced by Hong Kong’s colonial past and Britain’s Regency era — a time when King George IV pioneered the incorporation of Chinoiserie design into British architecture.

The group’s founder and managing director, David Yeo, is committed to infusing each suite with a distinct design concept while showcasing Hong Kong’s blended Sino-British historical essence — from its cultural roots as a Victorian-era colony to its transformation into a modern Chinese fashion capital — all intricately presented.
This all-suite five-star boutique hotel has not only been featured on the prestigious “Hot List 2011” by influential travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler, but also made it onto Travel + Leisure’s 2011 “It List,” where it was selected by 50 editors as one of the world’s most beloved new hotels.
