Taipei. Love. A Romantic Map Tour

Following the surge in tourism to Wanhua District driven by the domestic film Monga, the Taipei City Government's Department of Information and Tourism has once again collaborated with director Doze Niu to launch the “Taipei LOVE Map—Taipei. Love. Map.” This map integrates scenes and stills from the film Love LOVE, as well as a public vote on 12 romantic spots in Taipei. It is being distributed across 42 tourist information centers nationwide, and the public can also participate online in the “Taipei Romantic Spots Voting Campaign” for a chance to win romantic prizes such as a hot spring accommodation voucher worth NT$22,500.

The “Taipei Romantic Spots Voting Campaign” runs until February 29. Simply visit the campaign’s official website, choose your top five most romantic spots out of twelve in Taipei—including Yangmingshan, Beitou Park, Miramar Ferris Wheel, Rainbow Bridge, Xinyi Shopping District, Taipei Expo Park, Ximending, National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Taipei 101, Taipei Water Museum, Da’an Forest Park, and Maokong—and explain why or share a romantic story that happened there. You could win major romantic prizes such as an accommodation voucher for Kagaya Beitou by Nikko Shissei (worth NT$22,500), a stay voucher at Shuimei Hot Spring Resort (worth NT$5,600), or a hot spring dining package at Kagaya Beitou by Nikko Shissei (worth NT$2,800)! Couples, lovers, spouses, or even movie fans can follow in the footsteps of the film’s characters, recreate romantic movie moments, and embark on a “Love Journey” in Taipei.
