Dragonair launches mobile boarding pass service

Dragonair has launched a new mobile boarding pass service. Starting today, passengers departing from Hong Kong who do not need to transfer to other flights can complete online check-in via the Dragonair website and then choose to receive their mobile boarding pass either via SMS text message or email on their mobile phone.

Passengers can log in to the Dragonair website to check in from 48 hours before their flight’s departure time. On the page displaying the mobile boarding pass, select “Confirm and Send” to receive an SMS or email, then click the link to retrieve the mobile boarding pass. If you have checked baggage, you can proceed to the self-service bag drop counter at the airport, present your mobile boarding pass, and complete the procedure. Then, use the mobile boarding pass to go through the security checkpoint and immigration counters. Before boarding, scan the mobile boarding pass at the boarding gate, and show it to the cabin crew when boarding. The mobile boarding pass will also display lounge invitation details (if applicable); passengers simply need to show the mobile boarding pass to lounge staff to access the facilities.
