The movie version of "The Fierce Wife" features Yu Sheng enjoying airplane meals in a simulated cabin

The film adaptation of the idol drama "The Fierce Wife" is set to hit the big screen this August, with the original cast reprising their roles. The production is currently in full swing. To ensure authenticity, the crew specially visited the simulated cabin at China Airlines' Taoyuan campus for on-location shooting. Actor Yu Sheng, who plays “Director Lan,” along with two China Airlines flight attendants, filmed scenes inside the cabin depicting in-flight service. Yu Sheng also took the opportunity to enjoy China Airlines’ exclusive Michelin-level inflight meals, praising them by saying, “Who knew airplane food could be so refined and delicious!”

China Airlines’ simulated cabin is the most important training facility for flight attendants, with all its facilities modeled after real cabins, allowing actors to more authentically portray the in-flight experience. Yu Sheng, filming in a simulated cabin for the first time, said, “It feels very fresh, and it’s exactly like a real cabin!” In addition to lending out the simulated cabin for filming, China Airlines also assigned two flight attendants, Xiao Ruping and Wang Jiajie, to appear in the film. Xiao Ruping, a frequent face in China Airlines corporate advertisements, shared that although she has had many shooting experiences, appearing on the big screen in a movie is a first for her, which is truly exciting. She is also a loyal fan of "The Fierce Wife" and is very much looking forward to the movie’s release. Acting alongside her idol Yu Sheng is an unforgettable experience.

Producer Wang [surname unclear] stated that aside from bringing audiences the familiar story they love, the film also wants to tell viewers that finding a man who can bring you happiness is not impossible. Furthermore, the film will also provide a behind-the-scenes look that offers deeper insight to the audience.
