Experience a Valentine's Afternoon Tea Under Cherry Blossoms at Jinan University

The Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration and National Jinan University have collaborated to host a "Flower Appreciation & Tea Ceremony" cultural exchange event at 2:00 PM on Valentine’s Day, February 14. The event combines humanities, tea ceremony, and traditional Chinese music performances, in partnership with the Dapuli Area Tourism Development Association, and features special offerings from Taiwan Water Corporation, Puli Winery, 18°C Chocolate Workshop, Hongx? Shanshui? Farm, Yihushangpin, Haoke Café, and local art groups, creating a unique campus ambiance. Visitors can enjoy a romantic Valentine’s afternoon tea under the cherry blossoms and also explore the scenic beauty of the area.

In addition to the Nine Tribes Cultural Village and the picturesque cherry blossoms along the way, if you're looking for a conveniently located and flat area to admire cherry blossoms near Sun Moon Lake, the campus of National Jinan University is an excellent choice. Located along the route from Puli to Sun Moon Lake, the university’s vast 150-hectare campus is home to thousands of Taiwan mountain cherries and Japanese Somei Yoshino cherry trees. From now until early March is the best time to enjoy the blooms.
