Put creativity on the bottle – ABSOLUT BLANK Campus Creative Competition

Setting trends in over 150 countries worldwide, ABSOLUT VODKA has long invited artists and cultural figures to unleash their creativity on the classic ABSOLUT bottle, creating a fresh form of fashionable art. This year, ABSOLUT launches a new creative campaign “ABSOLUT BLANK – Absolute Blank,” boldly turning its iconic bottle into a blank canvas and inviting globally renowned artists to co-create. At the same time, a campus creative competition is also being held, giving emerging creative design talents in Taiwan a platform to shine and pioneer a new path for avant-garde art in Taiwan.

“Let’s start with ABSOLUT BLANK – Absolute Blank!” The 2012 “ABSOLUT BLANK – Absolute Blank Campus Creative Competition” offers a completely blank, unrestricted creative stage for emerging designers. Through a three-stage selection process, including the first round preliminary contest – a live, time-limited graphic creation event held at the Cultural and Creative Avenue of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park; the second round semi-final – combining with Kenting’s annual “Spring Scream Music Festival,” featuring live, time-limited creation on a three-dimensional giant ABSOLUT bottle; and the third round – setting up an “ABSOLUT BLANK – Absolute Blank” creative camp at Ximending Red House, allowing the final contestants with strong creative energy to spend a full day creating innovative spatial designs.

The shape of the ABSOLUT bottle embodies a simple yet memorable design concept, with its clean lines inspired by the common medicinal bottles seen in 16th-century Sweden. In 2012, ABSOLUT, driven by its passion for creativity and amplified by the creative fervor of the artists, makes every idea possible within the world of ABSOLUT, continuously inspiring people to create their own stages of expression and freely showcase their individuality.
