April and May are the best times to admire tung blossoms. The Changhua County Government has specially launched the “2012 Hakka Tung Blossom Festival ~ Blooming Fun in Baguashan” from April 21 to May 6. A series of related events will be held across the county from north to south, including 8 major tung blossom viewing spots and 7 major tung blossom hiking trails.
