In addition, this year the Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Line has also partnered with the Cihu Line and Taiwan Railways for the first time, launching the “Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli 3-Day Anywhere Pass Regional Ticket.” There’s also a limited-time 1-Taiwan-dollar flash sale: just pay NT$1 to get a value-packed “Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang In-Depth 2-Day Tour Combo Ticket” worth NT$1,314, letting you save big on your summer trip.

The “Shitoushan” mountain, known for its cave temple art architecture, and the “Nanzhuang Old Street,” filled with rich nostalgic charm, have long been among the most popular tourist spots in the Hsinchu and Miaoli regions. Taiwan High-Speed Rail Travel—Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Line offers four types of discount combo tickets totaling six options: Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Super Value Pass, Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli 3-Day Regional Pass, Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Eco-Tour, and Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang 2-Day In-Depth Tour. Among them, the Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Super Value Pass is divided into three types—A, B, and C—each combining bus vouchers for the Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Line, Lion Mountain Line, and Nanzhuang Line, with the lowest price starting at just NT$120.

This year, the Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Line has also partnered with the Cihu Line in Taoyuan and Taiwan Railways’ Zhongli–Zhubei commuter train tickets for the first time, creating the only regional pass in the Taoyuan–Hsinchu–Miaoli area. For NT$299, travelers can enjoy three days of unlimited access to famous attractions along the Cihu Line, Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Line, Lion Mountain Line, and Nanzhuang Line.

The Shan Shan National Scenic Area Administration has also launched a 1-Taiwan-dollar flash sale promotion. From 9:00 AM on August 4, the first ten people to visit the Lion Travel storefront at Exit 3 of Taipei Railway Station can purchase a “Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang In-Depth 2-Day Tour Combo Ticket” worth NT$1,314 for just NT$1. The package includes one Lion Mountain–Nanzhuang Line bus voucher, one Nanzhuang Line bus voucher, one homestay voucher, and one glutinous rice ball exchange voucher.
