To capture the corporate client market, in addition to offering itinerary consulting and planning, discounted fare ticket packages, and solutions for both large-scale domestic and international group employee tours as well as small, relaxed independent travel options, Revival Airlines has also launched an exclusive “Frequent Flyer Package” program for corporate clients. From now until January 31, 2013, the program offers packages of three or five tickets for five major business destinations: Macau, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Chongqing, and Tianjin. Revival Airlines has also set a precedent in Taiwan’s aviation industry by providing MSN Messenger online customer service, available during weekdays during office hours. The official website also features a dedicated feedback section for corporate clients.

Joining Revival Airlines’ corporate membership only requires an online application with no membership fee, and grants access to an exclusive booking and ticket purchasing platform, preferential fares across all routes, and double mileage accumulation benefits. For the double mileage accumulation, as long as the company is a Revival Airlines corporate member and the employee is a DragonPass member, the same journey will allow mileage accumulation in both the corporate account and the individual member account, with each also enjoying exclusive membership perks such as redeeming free tickets, cabin upgrade vouchers, and lounge access vouchers.
For corporate clients with quarterly transaction amounts exceeding NT$250,000, Revival Airlines additionally provides ten “Value-Added Service Cards,” which include benefits such as access to exclusive airport express check-in counters, complimentary airport lounge vouchers, and priority baggage handling.
In addition, Revival Airlines will add one A330 aircraft to its fleet in November this year and January next year, and plans to launch new Southeast Asian destinations such as Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur from the end of this year to early next year. To accommodate the introduction of new aircraft and new routes, a flight attendant recruitment event will be held tomorrow (the 20th) at the Ambassador Hotel in Kaohsiung, aiming to recruit 95 flight attendants. This marks the first time Revival Airlines has added a testing site in Kaohsiung. For more details, please visit the Revival Airlines official website: www.tna.com.tw.
