New Year's Eve Travel Alert: These 11 Popular Yilan Attractions Will Be Closed for the Day

With the Lunar New Year holiday approaching, many travelers are starting to plan their festive breaks. On the 24th, Yilan County Government announced that 11 popular attractions will be closed on New Year's Eve (1/27), reminding visitors to plan ahead to avoid disappointment.

The Industry, Commerce and Tourism Division of Yilan County Government stated that on New Year's Eve, recreational areas including Toucheng Coastal Forest Park, Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park, Wufengqi Scenic Area, Longtan Lake Scenic Area, Dongshan River Water Park, Dongshan River Eco Green Boat, Wulixiankeng Scenic Area, Tofu Cape, Qingshui Geothermal Area, Meihua Lake Scenic Area, and Nanao Farm will all be temporarily closed. The Yilan Tourism Service Center will also suspend services on New Year's Eve, resuming normal operations and reopening to visitors on the 28th, the first day of the Lunar New Year.
