The Soda Green and Show Lo showdown at E-DA World’s New Year’s Eve concert

The southern Taiwan New Year’s extravaganza “2013 Taiwan No. 1 E-DA” — the E-DA World New Year’s Eve concert — will take place on December 31. The show will be jointly hosted by Hu Gua, Tien Hsin, and Show Lo, and will feature Soda Green as the countdown guest, along with Taiwanese electronic music diva Show Lo, as well as musical talents Wei Li’an, Yen Chieh, and Nicky Wu. Additionally, the event will see appearances by internet sensations like Annie Chen, healing vocals singer Lin Fan, Afu, MP Magic Power, Fish Leong, Lee Sheng Chieh, Taiwanese pop princess Sun Shu Mei, Xiao Pang, Qing Chen Dian, and the King of Imitation group members Lin Jun Yi, Yang Da, Jane Yu, and Da Kai. There will also be a special show by E-Link Models.

To welcome 2013, E-DA Theme Park will extend its operating hours to 7:30 PM on that day. It will also launch a New Year’s Eve package: “Glow-in-the-Dark Parade Dinner” for NT$299, and “Show & Dinner” for NT$550, which includes one theater ticket and a set meal. To coincide with the E-DA World fireworks display, the E-DA Ferris Wheel is offering 35 limited-edition New Year’s Eve cabins, each priced at NT$3,999. The wheel will make two consecutive rotations that day, and advance purchases come with six free Magic Starlight Glasses. In addition, the E-DA Buffet Restaurant will start its dinner service early at 4:30 PM, while the banquet hall will open simultaneously. Tian Yue Café will also extend its hours until 3:00 AM on January 1, and will live broadcast the E-DA World New Year’s Eve concert, allowing visitors to enjoy gourmet food while soaking in the festive atmosphere of the concert.

Additionally, the Crown Plaza Kaohsiung’s second-floor Crown Ballroom and eighth-floor E-DA International Ballroom will host a “New Year’s Eve Countdown Buffet Dinner Party” on New Year’s Eve. The Italian restaurant and Xing Ya Bar will respectively offer all-you-can-drink midnight snacks and all-you-can-drink New Year’s Eve parties, priced at NT$388 and NT$899 per person.

 

Capitalizing on the popularity of the New Year’s Eve fireworks, E-DA World Outlet Mall will run a promotional campaign from December 7 to January 6, 2013, during its anniversary celebration. In addition to outlet pricing, the mall will launch a “Take the High-Speed Rail and It’s Worth It — Up to Full Refund” scratch card event. Present your high-speed rail ticket and same-day receipt to participate in this 100% winning scratch card activity, with a maximum prize of NT$3,000 in refund vouchers. On New Year’s Eve, December 31, E-DA World Outlet Mall will also extend the operating hours of its food court until 1:00 AM.
