AirAsia launches early-bird promotion: Taipei–Sabah one-way flights from just 1,683 yuan including tax

AirAsia’s first major promotion of 2013 kicks off now until 11:59 p.m. on January 20. The early-bird discounted tickets are valid for travel dates from August 20 to February 9, 2014. During the promotion period, one-way flights from Taipei to Kuala Lumpur start from just 3,290 yuan including tax, Taipei to Clark and Sabah from 1,683 yuan including tax, Taipei to Cebu, Clark, and Davao from 4,890 yuan including tax, and Taipei to Perth and Melbourne from 6,890 yuan including tax.

Passengers choosing AirAsia X for long-haul flights can consider upgrading their seats to lie-flat premium seats with one-way Taipei–Kuala Lumpur flights starting from 9,040 yuan including tax. Features of the premium lie-flat seats include international power outlets, adjustable headrests, personal tray tables, reading lights, and personal screens. Passengers can also enjoy benefits such as seat selection, priority check-in, priority boarding, 25kg checked baggage allowance, complimentary meals, and pillows and blankets.

 

Passengers can save up to 66% by purchasing checked baggage packages online when buying tickets. For those wishing to enjoy in-flight meals, hot meals can be pre-booked. AirAsia’s booking system also allows passengers to purchase travel insurance and plan or modify itineraries via the “Manage My Booking” section. Additionally, from now until January 20, AirAsiaGo is offering promotions for hotels in Penang, Langkawi, and Cebu, with the hotel promotion period running from January 20 to February 9, 2014.
