The enchanting “Yingge ceramics” feature delicate pink rouge red, vivid blue-and-white splendor, intricate crystalline glazes as fine as flowers, auspicious gold and silver inlays, and smooth, translucent celadon — truly irresistible！From now until June 27, the first-floor lobby of the New Taipei City Government is hosting a “Yingge Ceramics Special Exhibition,” featuring 14 selected works from past competitions and two pairs of early Imari vases representative of Yingge’s thriving ceramic industry. This allows visitors conducting business to also appreciate carefully chosen creations of “Yingge ceramics.”

Meanwhile, the “2013 Yingge Ceramics Brand Project – Specialty Tableware Evaluation” has officially launched. This year focuses on themes such as rouge red, blue-and-white, crystalline glaze, gold and silver inlay, and celadon, encouraging ceramic artists to create tableware that is both practical and distinctive, bringing Yingge ceramics into everyday life and placing them right by your side.
The Yingge Ceramics Museum also plans to have authors selected in the Yingge Ceramics evaluation demonstrate their creative processes and share insights during the “Ceramics Museum Community Day.” A special exhibition area will showcase selected works from previous editions, allowing the public not only to admire but also to take home their favorite pieces as collectibles.
