Hong Kong Disneyland’s “Mystic Point” Debuts: Seven Must-See Attractions to Check Out First

At the newly opened Mystic Point, Hong Kong Disneyland takes visitors into a captivating fantasy world, and the seven must-see highlights continue to stimulate the senses, including: the unmissable “Mystic Manor,” the essential “Music of the Spheres” composed by Danny Elfman, the thrilling “Mystic Magneto-Electric Car,” the photogenic “Enchanted Garden,” the intriguing “Mystic Point Station,” the delicious “Adventurer’s Club Restaurant,” and the irresistible “Mystic Keepsakes Shop,” giving guests an unforgettable journey into the fantastical.

 

Mystic Point is based on an original Disney story about the great explorer Sir Henry, who loves collecting rare and unusual artifacts. The land showcases over 7,000 treasures he gathered during his global adventures. However, his mischievous monkey assistant, Albert, disobeys warnings and opens Sir Henry’s latest acquisition — a magical music box — unleashing the “Music of the Spheres,” which possesses mystical powers, setting off a fantastical adventure. The “Music of the Spheres” uses the world’s most advanced projection technology to create dazzling music particles. Guests can also ride the “Mystic Magneto-Electric Car,” Disney’s first-ever trackless ride system equipped with rotating carriages that move in all directions, ensuring no spectacular moment is missed.

In the “Mystic Manor,” Hong Kong Disneyland is the first in the world to use the latest 4K ultra-high-definition projectors. Within 11 specially designed scenes, guests can get up close and experience 40 visual effects created by 36 projectors, including 4 ultra-high-resolution 4K projectors. Along the way, they can also enjoy a new score composed by Oscar-nominated and Grammy-winning international maestro Danny Elfman.

 

After enjoying the colorful splendor of the “Mystic Manor,” the “Enchanted Garden” features ancient sculptures and paintings with 3D anamorphic illusions, allowing guests to take fun, mind-bending photos with ease. At the “Mystic Point Station,” Sir Henry’s great-nephew shares entertaining tales of their global adventures and invites cultural ambassadors from Egypt, Bulgaria, North America, India, and Mexico to showcase exotic cultures through traditional costumes and performances. The “Adventurer’s Club Restaurant” lets guests indulge in a feast, sampling 16 carefully selected Asian dishes from Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia — many making their Hong Kong Disneyland debut — in extraordinary surroundings and five themed halls filled with unique crafts. The “Mystic Keepsakes Shop” offers over 140 souvenirs, including items themed around the Mystic Manor, Mickey’s global adventures, exclusive Disney park collectibles, and artisan crafts from around the world, along with limited-edition items.
