Explore Taoyuan’s Skywalk on the “Little Wulai Line” One-Day Tour Starting from NT$299

Taiwan Tourist Shuttle has become a popular choice for domestic travel in recent years, offering convenient transfers between attractions and a variety of discounted package options, making travel both easy and affordable. Following the highly popular Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Cihu Line in Taoyuan County, starting today is the new Taiwan Tourist Shuttle “Little Wulai Line.” The route passes attractions such as the Chocolate Museum, Jinlan Soy Sauce Museum, and Daxi Old Street. With 20 fixed departures every weekend, the line also offers discounted combo tickets including the Little Wulai Sightseeing Factory One-Day Pass, Little Wulai–Cihu Exciting One-Day Pass, and Little Wulai–Cihu Super Value Two-Day Pass. These packages include entry to the Chocolate Republic, no reservation needed for the Skywalk, no reservation and half-price entry for Houshi Lake, as well as COUPON vouchers for discounted shops in Taoyuan. Packages start from just NT$299 to enjoy a rich one-day itinerary.

The Little Wulai Line has a total of 12 stops. Passengers can take a train to Taoyuan Railway Station and then walk to the Taoyuan Bus Terminal to transfer to the Little Wulai Line. The line operates fixed departures every Saturday and Sunday, with one bus per hour, totaling 20 round trips. Along the way, it passes popular tourist spots such as Asia’s first Chocolate Museum, the Jinlan Soy Sauce Museum featuring exclusive soy sauce ice cream, Daxi Old Street—known as one of Taiwan’s Top 10 Small Tourist Towns and dubbed “Daxi Presidential Town”—Daxi Mausoleum, Cihu, the Old Baiji Tunnel, and Kehpanshan Park (Chiang Kai-shek’s former residence). In addition to purchasing single-journey tickets directly on the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle bus, passengers can also buy four types of super-value combo ticket packages in advance at six Lion Travel branches in Taipei and Taoyuan. These packages not only include one-day or two-day passes for the Little Wulai Line–Cihu Line, but also allow holders to redeem for plum blossom ice or bean curd snacks at the Two Chiangs Cultural Zone, plus receive over NT$10,000 worth of COUPON vouchers for selected shops in Taoyuan.

 

To celebrate the launch of the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle in Taoyuan County, the Little Wulai Line and Cihu Line are now operating as a pair. Before August 31, customers who purchase two of the same super-value combo tickets in a single transaction will enjoy an additional 5% “Double the Fun” discount. In addition, the Taoyuan County Homestay Development Association, in conjunction with the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Little Wulai Line itinerary, has launched a specially designed tour for travelers from Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Macau titled “Homestay Owners Take You to Enjoy Cypress Summer.” The tour includes strolling across the Luofu Twin Bridges to admire the scenery of the Dahan River Valley, exploring the indigenous ecological trails at Noah’s Ark Church, and stargazing at Lalashan. The fee covers guided tours, accommodation, transportation, and meals. For two people traveling together, the cost is only NT$3,999 per person; for four people, it’s only NT$2,999 per person.
