Located on the northwest side of Penang Island, the forest adventure theme park (ESCAPE Adventureplay Theme Park) is named ESCAPE with the intention of encouraging people to escape from crowded cities, return to nature, and care for the environment. Since its opening at the end of 2012, the forest adventure theme park has become the latest popular attraction in Penang. Unlike other theme parks, it doesn’t have roller coasters that you’d typically find in amusement parks, nor is it a fantasy-themed park. Here, you can simply enjoy exploring nature to your heart’s content.
