【Wednesday Special】Uni Air Offers Early-Bird 30% Discount Tickets

The Civil Aeronautics Administration announced that new domestic airfare regulations will take effect on January 1, 2014. In line with government policy, Uni Air has also introduced various promotional offers, including early-bird discounted fares, providing travelers with more diverse choices.

In response to the new fare implementation, Uni Air will introduce various promotions targeting different customer segments: First, a buffer period is provided for passengers holding old fares. To reduce the burden on passengers traveling home for the Spring Festival, those with tickets issued on or before December 31, 2013, and who complete their flights on or before February 6, 2014, will not need to pay any fare difference. Second, in line with the government policy of “not increasing the fare burden on residents of outlying islands,” fares for these passengers will remain unchanged. Third, a special early-bird 30% discount ticket offer is available from January 1 to June 30, 2014, for selected flights. Passengers who book 14 days in advance via the Uni Air official website, the Uni Air app, or convenience stores may have the chance to purchase these more affordable tickets.

 

Additionally, Uni Air periodically offers limited-time pre-sale discounted tickets on its official website, the Uni Air app, and at convenience stores. Exclusive deals tailored for different consumer groups, such as military personnel and students, will also be available. The airline will collaborate across industries with local county and city governments, tourism agencies, and related travel businesses to launch cost-effective travel packages. In response to the new fare system, starting in 2014, Uni Air will enhance its mobile business service network, further improve airport KIOSK quick-service features, allowing passengers to directly purchase tickets, select seats, and check in at KIOSK terminals. Going forward, Uni Air will continue to roll out various promotional programs to reward its passengers.
