2013MOOK Scenic Spots Top 10 Most Popular Attractions in Taiwan Grand Final

From January to November 2013, the top 30 domestic scenic spot activities with the most views on MOOK Scenic Spots were selected. Next, members are invited to vote among these 30 spots to choose the top 10 most popular ones, becoming the 10 most popular attractions in Taiwan for the year 2013. Participants in the vote have a chance to win great prizes such as hot spring hotel stay vouchers, 7-11 gift certificates, and travel books published by Mook. ◎ Event Period: December 5, 2013 – December 25, 2013, 23:59

◎ How to Participate:
1. During the event period, members can go to the comment section below thescenic spot page they wish to vote for and leave a message saying “Member account nickname + I vote for OOO (scenic spot name) one vote”to complete the voting action Up!!!

2. Those who complete the vote will be eligible for the lucky draw.
　 　Please note:
    (1) Multiple comments from the same Facebook account under the same scenic spot will only count as one vote and one lottery entry.
    (2) The same Facebook account can vote for different scenic spots.

　　(Example: The same Facebook account votes for three scenic spots, which counts as three lottery entries).

    (3) Comments posted after the event period will not be eligible for the lottery. Comment time is based on the identifiable Facebook comment timestamp by the organizer.

1. Lottery eligibility is subject to the event rules and notes. If any ineligibility is found, the prize will be revoked. In cases of forgery or impersonation, legal responsibility may apply upon investigation.

Prize delivery confirmation is based solely on the “member’s email account.” If incorrect information is provided resulting in failure to receive notification or loss of rights, the organizer is not responsible and reserves the right to revoke the prize. Prizes will be sent to the “member contact address.” If the address or information is incorrect and causes non-delivery or other issues, the organizer will not resend and asks for your understanding.

3. Prizes are as described and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of product unavailability or force majeure causing changes to the prize, the organizer has the right to substitute with an equivalent item. Winners may not request cash or alternative items. 4. This event is only open to members residing in Taiwan. Members outside “Taiwan proper, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu” may vote but will not receive prizes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

5. Event notes are included in the event rules. By participating, you agree to abide by the regulations. Violations of member rules, event notes, or governmental laws may result in disqualification by MOOK Attractions, which reserves the right to take legal action against any activity disruptions.

6. The organizer has the right to investigate whether participants’ actions or winnings involve, for example, manipulation, forgery, abnormal high participation in a short time, use of computer programs, fraud, or any other improper means. The organizer reserves the right to revoke winnings obtained under such circumstances and pursue legal action. Any abnormal activity violating common sense or suspected of illegality, or submission of false or incorrect data, or violation of rules, allows the organizer to modify, terminate the event, or review participant eligibility. The organizer takes no legal responsibility for system errors caused by computers, networks, phones, technical issues, or factors beyond the organizer’s control, resulting in incorrect messages, delayed, lost, incorrect, unrecognizable, or damaged submissions. Participants may not raise objections.
