Located in Puli, Nantou, Château Ollière sits on a 2,000-ping plot of land. Built with an investment of 250 million TWD over five years, stepping into the castle gives visitors the illusion of being in medieval Europe. Everything in the castle—from dining and accommodation to decor—is imported directly from Europe by the owner, Benson, offering guests a truly noble experience.

The complex features four main buildings: “Isabella” Castle, which combines dining and accommodation; “King & Queen” Castle; “Elizabeth II” Castle, primarily for lodging; and “Victoria,” designed in English royal court style. Each castle has a distinct interior design, with over a hundred varieties of chandeliers hanging throughout, and unique wallpaper and fabric patterns. The level of luxury is astounding. Beyond the castle structures, the outdoor landscape is also designed in European style—white wedding platforms, lavender-toned leisure corridors, and fountains adorned with sea gods and cherubs, all adding delightful touches at every turn.

Beyond its elegant and luxurious architecture, the complex offers exquisite cuisine, making it a must-visit destination for food lovers. Among its most famous dishes is the classic Ollière platter, featuring premium ingredients and imported spices prepared to rival top French restaurants. From wines, appetizers, to soups, every dish is exquisitely delicious.
