The most thrilling way to enjoy winter isn’t soaking in hot springs or eating hot pot—it’s heading to Harbin to experience the annual Ice and Snow Festival, where you can immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere created by massive ice structures and dazzling lights. This year’s event runs from today until February 5th, with the theme of the Ice and Snow Anime Expo, adding even more fun to one of the world’s four major ice and snow festivals—the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival.

This year’s event features a rich program, including an Ice and Snow Disneyland, large-scale ice sculptures displayed in Stalin Park, as well as various activities such as winter swimming competitions, snow football matches, international ice sculpture contests, and ice and snow photography exhibitions—giving visitors the rare chance to enjoy winter fun in the ice-covered landscape.
