The beauty of Penghu’s bays has stepped onto the international stage. At 11:00 AM on March 7th, Berlin time, Penghu County Magistrate Wang Ganfa, accompanied by Ambassador Chen Huayu from the Taipei Representative Office in Germany, President Lai Sechen of the Taiwan Visitors Association

 

Penghu County has garnered attention from the organization due to its long-term commitment to the protection of marine and natural resources. The unique marine geological landscapes and rich cultural history of the Penghu Archipelago create distinctive bay characteristics that have left a deep impression on other member countries. Wang Ganfa stated that becoming a member of the Most Beautiful Bays organization is a significant step for Penghu onto the international stage. It not only enables extensive exchanges and cooperation with other member bays in areas such as marine environment management and the preservation of cultural assets, but also provides an excellent opportunity for the world to see the beauty of Penghu.
