The “Duffy Bear Bus” makes an ultra-cute appearance touring Hokkaido and Tohoku in Japan

Last updated 2026-09-24 — The popular Disney character Duffy Bear from Tokyo Disneyland has transformed into an adorable bus, starting its tour across 20 locations in Japan such as Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Shizuoka at the end of February this year. The tour has received widespread acclaim throughout Japan, and the regions for this month’s tour have also been announced—starting from April 9th to early May, the bus will travel to Tohoku and Hokkaido.

The popular Disney character Duffy Bear from Tokyo Disneyland has transformed into an adorable bus, starting its tour across 20 locations in Japan such as Tokyo, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Shizuoka at the end of February this year. The tour has received widespread acclaim throughout Japan, and the regions for this month’s tour have also been announced—from April 9th to early May, the bus will head to Tohoku and Hokkaido.

During April to May, the “Duffy Bear Bus” will visit the following areas in sequence: on April 9th, Chiba and Ibaraki; on April 10th, W? (location name unclear); on April 11th, h? (location name unclear); on April 12th–13th, Gunma (includes a ride experience event); on April 14th, Yamanashi; on April 15th, Nagano; on April 16th, Toyama; on April 17th, Ishikawa; on April 19th–20th, Shizuoka (includes a ride experience event); on April 22nd, Fukushima; on April 24th, Yamagata; and in late April, planned visits to Miyagi (includes a ride experience event), Iwate, Akita, and Aomori. In early May (May 30th–June 6th), the bus will go to Hokkaido (includes a ride experience event). Participation in the ride experience events requires entering a lottery via the Tokyo DisneySea official website, where you can also view photos of the Duffy Bear Bus from its previous tours around Japan.
