Essential information for anyone interested in Hong Kong tourism and hotel updates — in early June, management of Fergurson Hotel Holdings Limited announced that the Nikko Hong Kong Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui will be renamed the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel (New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel) on July 1, 2014. Fergurson Hotel Holdings Limited is a joint venture between Chow Tai Fook and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Group, while Fergurson Hotel Management Limited consists of New World Hotels & Resorts and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Group.

Located along the waterfront, the New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel will undergo a phased renovation project worth HK$120 million to reinforce its reputation as one of the most popular five-star hotels in the Tsim Sha Tsui East commercial and shopping district. The hotel will remain open and continue to welcome guests from around the world during the renovation.

The hotel is situated at Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, featuring 464 rooms and suites, and seven dining options including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurants, and a lobby lounge. Facilities include banquet halls and 10 meeting rooms, plus recreational amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop swimming pool. The Regal Club offers premium services to guests.
