Located in the hotel atrium, the Mandarin Pastry Shop enchants guests with its luxurious style and a wide array of Western-style desserts. Executive Pastry Chef Frank Haasnoot, who is also a world chocolate master, uses carefully selected ingredients and classic European techniques to create a selection of exclusive Valentine’s desserts for couples. Pink Lady (Each / NT$190)
The base is an almond chocolate tart made by the chef using homemade pastry filled with soft almond paste, paired with tart cherry mousse and rich almond cream, topped with fresh cherries and chocolate rose petals. The combination of creamy and fruity flavors makes it the sweetest taste ever.

Sweet Romance (Each / NT$1,600)
Highly recommended by Chef Frank, this cake features multiple layers of flavor. It has an almond tart base, a middle layer of tart and enticing strawberry mousse, vanilla cream, and sponge cake, all coated with a red chocolate glaze and decorated with raspberries and heart-shaped chocolate pieces. It’s pleasing both in color and taste.

Passionate Raspberry (Per box of 9 / NT$630)
Combining bitter-sweet chocolate with tart raspberry puree and a hint of balsamic vinegar. The rich chocolate and tangy raspberries create a perfect blend of sweet and sour in every bite. The attractive heart shape makes it the perfect way to express your feelings.
Orange Wine Truffle Chocolate (Per box of 14 / NT$1,350)
Chef Frank showcases his creativity by pairing 70% dark chocolate with French Grand Marnier orange liqueur. The smooth and rich chocolate releases a burst of aromatic wine flavor with each bite, offering an intoxicating charm that lingers.
