Starting October 29, EVA Air’s Boeing 777-300ER Hello Kitty livery aircraft – the “Hand-in-Hand Jet” – will operate on the Taipei–Paris route, bringing the vibrant colors of the Sanrio family to light up the romantic autumn in Paris.

 

EVA Air stated that among the current six Hello Kitty livery aircraft, the first five are A330 models, operating exclusively on Asian routes. To replicate the success experienced in the Asian market, the airline launched its first Boeing 777 Hello Kitty livery aircraft – the “Hand-in-Hand Jet” – last year. As such, the design theme of the aircraft’s livery also aims to convey the message of transcending cultural barriers and the idea that friendship knows no borders. The design specially features key members of the Sanrio family holding hands together, so that passengers from around the world can feel an abundance of love and care when they see this livery aircraft.
