Deyuanpi Dutch Village is located in Liuying District, Tainan City. With its abundant ponds, wetland ecological environment, and green spaces, it forms a breathtaking pastoral landscape. The Dutch windmills in the park are its main highlight. Earlier this year, as part of the New Year celebrations, 4,500 windmills were used to create the adorable shape of a cow within Deyuanpi Dutch Village in Liuying District, receiving an enthusiastic response from the public. To continue developing the park and effectively boost the regional economy and promote surrounding tourism, the Tainan City Tourism Bureau has planned the 2014 Deyuanpi Dutch Village Windmill Festival, which will be held for 23 days in November.

The event will center around a windmill maze, allowing children to enjoy the fun of exploring the maze. During each weekend of the event, there will also be challenge activities to conquer Dutch Village and hands-on DIY activities, along with performances by multiple street artists to entertain the public. Additionally, there will be a painting area and a picnic area. In the crisp autumn weather, families and friends are welcome to slow down and spend a relaxing day at Deyuanpi Dutch Village.
