With a cooking philosophy centered on passion and non-interference, Leong Coffee creates a sweet Parisian ambiance. Originating from central Taiwan, Leong Coffee was hugely popular when it first opened in Taichung. In September this year, it also officially launched its first branch at ATT4FUN in Taipei’s Xinyi District, offering signature desserts and drinks, as well as savory dishes such as risotto, pasta, and sandwiches.

The shop’s specially recommended Truffle Chicken and Mushroom Risotto with Poached Egg features tender and springy chicken thigh meat, a mushroom cream sauce with a hint of truffle aroma, mixed with poached egg yolk for a well-balanced flavor. However, the risotto grains are soft and mushy, making it suitable for those who aren’t used to the firm texture of traditional risotto.Among them, the shop’s original Honey Bow Tie and Croissant Ring are absolute must-tries.The bread is shaped into a bow tie and then baked—its eye-catching design is as delightful to eat as it is to look at. The crispy texture pairs wonderfully with fresh fruits and whipped cream infused with lemon zest, creating a richly layered mouthfeel full of happiness, and it’s especially popular among younger crowds.

The Croissant Ring may look like a doughnut, but it has the layered texture of a Danish croissant. The most recommended flavor is the Valrhona Chocolate Almond version—inside the crisp, soft-baked croissant ring is whipped cream topped with generous amounts of Valrhona chocolate sauce, best enjoyed with ice cream for a luxurious taste adventure.
