The “2014 Winter Romance Yilan Hot Spring Festival” takes place from December 6 to January 4 of next year in Jiaoxi. In addition to teaming up with local hot spring operators for special deals, this year’s event features various installation artworks and plans cycling routes to attract both domestic and international travelers.
