As the setting sun casts its glow over the mosaic-like tile kiln salt fields, it creates a stunning artwork, breathtaking and awe-inspiring. Next, head to the square in front of Tainan High-Speed Rail Station to join the lively“2015 Tainan Happy Sheep”New Year’s Eve party, counting down to the end of 2014 with joy and excitement as you cheerfully welcome 2015. Finally, go to Zuozhen — the lowest-altitude sunrise and sea of clouds viewing spot in Taiwan —Erliau to greet the first rays of sunlight in 2015, admiring the layered mountain peaks against the emerging sunrise. It’s the perfect scenic start to the new year!
