Paris, known for its romance, is the top choice for travelers to France, and the Eiffel Tower is an iconic attraction you absolutely can’t miss when visiting the city. Now, besides lying on the grass drinking wine and eating cheese while admiring the Eiffel Tower’s night view, you can also go ice skating on the Eiffel Tower itself and take in the full panorama of Paris from above.

After a two-year hiatus, the winter-only ice-skating rink at the Eiffel Tower has reopened. This limited-time seasonal rink is located on the first floor of the tower, about 57 meters above the ground. Here, you can skate while enjoying the stunning winter cityscape of Paris from high above. Free skates are available for rent on-site, and sled chairs are also provided for children and passengers with limited mobility.

The rink was closed for the past two years due to tower renovations but has now reopened following completion. The newly renovated rink also features food stalls where you can grab a warm hot chocolate, pumpkin soup, mulled wine, cookies, or sandwiches to fight off the cold and enjoy the most romantic winter views of Paris.
