The "Evolution 1001" themed train will carry alien railway enthusiasts Mr. Ten and Miss. One as they search for a place to call home, beginning their journey on January 27 and running successively on branch lines such as the Pingxi Line, Neiwan Line, and Jiji Line.

Mr. Ten, the alien railway enthusiast, has a big head filled with travel maps of various galaxies, while Miss. One has a sensitive antenna on her head that helps her find delicious food and touching stories around the world. They are a pair of interstellar backpackers who travel between planets, working in exchange for accommodation. This time, they chose Earth from the Milky Way to explore, and unexpectedly fell in love with Taiwan—especially its extensive railway network. So they decided to apply for jobs at Taiwan Railways. After personally interviewing them, the director gave them a task: to transform his executive car into a sci-fi travel-themed train and serve as train conductors. They gave the car a big makeover, naming it "Evolution 1001", and are ready to offer everyone a magical and dreamlike journey to find a home.
