The 4 Million Volt Live Current Show Makes a Dazzling Debut at The Venetian Macao Carnival

The Venetian Macao is once again presenting its signature event — The Venetian Macao Carnival. This free-entry spring event, The Venetian Macao Carnival 2015, is being held for the fifth consecutive year, featuring festive decorations and a series of world-class street theater performances along the outdoor artificial lake area of The Venetian Macao from now until March 29. Coinciding with this year’s St. Patrick’s Day, the carnival will host special celebratory activities on that day to join visitors in honoring this traditional Irish festival.

The opening ceremony of The Venetian Macao Carnival 2015 was held at the outdoor artificial lake area of The Venetian Macao, marking the fifth consecutive year the resort has brought this distinctly Italian-themed festival event to guests. Over the past four years, the Venetian Carnival has received widespread acclaim and has become one of our annual flagship events. Among the highlights, the spectacular “Venetian Flash Fire Dance” performance, which debuted at The Venetian Macao Carnival last year and quickly became a visitor favorite, returns this year with a brand-new act. Utilizing high-frequency alternating current generated by Tesla coil technology, it produces brilliant electric arcs.
