Hidden away in a Kaohsiung alleyway, Mac&Hill offers over 30 different crepe flavors. Homemade brownie cakes, cheesecakes, jams, and custard sauces are all made in-house. The owner shared that they were first blown away by the legendary “Japanese-style crepe” on Takeshita Street in Japan and decided to bring that amazing taste back to Taiwan to share with everyone.

Unlike the crispy texture of traditional Taiwanese street crepes, Japanese-style crepes have a softer, Q-batter that offers a bit of chew. The fillings are also incredibly generous, and you can customize the toppings to your liking. This dreamy flavor combo quickly made Mac&Hill a favorite among girls.

Recently, the shop’s “baked crème brûlée crepe” series has been taking the town by storm. The Q-soft crepe is filled with rich custard, topped with a layer of crispy caramel — one bite and you’ll know it's wickedly delicious. Want to try it? Better be ready to queue up.

▲ “Rose on the Hill” is a springtime new flavor, handcrafted with imported French rose, raspberries, lychee puree jelly, and a thick homemade cheesecake.
