As temperatures drop and cold waves hit one after another, many businesses are launching heartwarming hot pot options to attract customers. The well-known Wang Group, which operates numerous restaurants, following the success of its popular hot pot brand Shi Er Guo, has once again introduced a new hot pot brand, “12 MINI.” Not only does it follow the trend of heartwarming hot pot dishes for the cold season, but it also focuses on classic individual pots, targeting the single-person market. Affordable personal hot pots are sure to whet diners’ appetites.

Wang Group’s newly opened hot pot brand “12 MINI” offers up to eight different soup bases with the concept of classic individual pots. Thanks to its reasonable prices and high cost-performance ratio, it achieved impressive results on its trial sales day with packed crowds. Targeting the “single-person market,” it promotes the slogan “perfect for one, warmer for two,” pricing individual pots between NT$130 and NT$170. The affordable prices make it accessible to the general public, resulting in a full house right after opening.

12 MINI offers a variety of hot pot soup base flavors, including original flavor, cumin, pickled vegetable, pumpkin cheese, green curry, spicy, kimchi, and Thai spicy and sour, giving customers eight choices. Continuing Shi Er Guo’s commitment to friendly agriculture, the ingredients are carefully selected from fine produce of farms across Taiwan and certified meats. The recipes were refined over hundreds of trials in Wang’s private kitchens, with precise control over ingredient proportions. Meals are cooked to order in the kitchen and served in special heat-retaining pots, allowing customers to enjoy hot pot without having to cook it themselves.
