As Typhoon Chan-hom, a medium-strength typhoon, approaches, some activities and transport services have been suspended, postponed, or canceled. The latest updates are as follows.

[High-Speed Rail]
The Taiwan High-Speed Rail Corporation announced that trains will operate normally until 3:00 PM today, but some services will be canceled between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Tickets purchased can be refunded within one year without a fee.

[Road Transport]
Provincial Highway 7 (North Cross-Island Highway) will be closed as a precaution starting at 10:00 AM, with reopening expected at 7:00 AM on Saturday, November 11.
Sections of Provincial Highway 2 (Coastal Highway) from km 67 to 71 (Bisha Fishing Port) and km 75 to 84 (Ruibin to Bitou) are expected to be closed as a precaution starting at 2:00 PM.
Sections of Provincial Highway 9 (Beiyi Highway) from km 15 to 30 (Shiding) and km 40 to 52 (Pinglin to Bihu) are expected to be closed as a precaution starting at 4:00 PM.
Section of Provincial Highway 9A (Xinyu Road) from km 9 to 19 (Wulai) is expected to be closed as a precaution starting at 4:00 PM.
 
[Flights]
◎ EVA Air
Flights BR186 and BR185 between Taoyuan and Okinawa are canceled.
Flight BR112 from Taoyuan to Okinawa has been delayed from 6:45 AM to 8:15 AM.
Flight BR113 from Okinawa to Taoyuan has been delayed from 10:15 AM to 12:10 PM.
Flight BR752 from Taoyuan to Pudong has been delayed from 12:20 PM to 1:20 PM. Other flights remain normal.
◎ Uni Air
All Uni Air routes between Taipei Songshan and other cities have been canceled for the entire day before 12:00 PM. Flights after 12:00 PM will be determined based on weather conditions.
◎ Mandarin Airlines
All domestic flights departing from Taipei today have been canceled. Flights departing from Taichung and Kaohsiung remain operating as normal.
Flight AE 2282/2283 between Taichung and Ryukyu is canceled.
◎ TransAsia Airways
All Taipei round-trip flights today have been canceled. Flights departing from or arriving in Kaohsiung after 1 PM are also canceled.
◎ Far Eastern Air Transport
Except for FE021, FE061, FE081, and FE082 which are operating normally, all other domestic flights have been canceled.

【Ferries】
According to notifications from the Ministry of Transportation and Communications’ Maritime and Port Bureau Emergency Response Team, a total of 56 ferry services have been suspended today: 2 between Keelung and Matsu, 2 between Su'ao and Hualien (Lina Ferry), 2 between Matsu Fuguo and Fuzhou-Mawei (Anqi Ferry), 6 between Matsu and Juguang (Matsu Star), 8 between Kinmen and Shijing, 12 between Fugang and Green Island, 4 between Houpihu and Orchid Island, 4 between Fugang and Orchid Island, 3 between Kaohsiung and Magong (Taiwan Ferry), 1 between Taichung and Pingtan (Sea Star), and 12 between Nangan and Beigan (Minzhu No. 8).
 
【YouBike】
The YouBike official website announced on the 9th that all stations will suspend operations starting at midnight on the 10th. However, users can still return bikes as usual. Service centers will also be closed, and the resumption time will be announced based on weather conditions.
 
【MRT】
Taipei MRT lines will operate normally on the 10th, with adjustments to train frequency depending on conditions. The Maokong Gondola, Children's Amusement Park, Beitou Guesthouse, MRT Merchandise Store, Taipei Arena Ice Rink, and Lost and Found Center will all be suspended.

Taoyuan
◎ Dongyanshan Forest Recreation Area, Taoyuan City Daxi Jingguo Memorial Hall, Lala Mountain Tourist Service Center and Housihhu Area, Cihu Visitor Center, Jiabanshan Lodge Area, Xiaowulai Skywalk, Sky Rope Bridge, Waterscape Garden, and Lala Mountain Baleng Ancient Trail Eco-Area will all be closed starting July 10. Reopening times will be announced separately.
Yilan
◎ Yilan Children's Folklore and Folkgame Festival temporarily closed on July 10.
◎ Taipingshan National Forest Recreation Area closed from 2 PM on July 9 to July 10, with no accommodation services available.
Hualien
◎ Chinan, Fuyuan National Forest Recreation Area, Lintianshan Forestry Culture Park, Danongdafu Plain Forest Park, Rueisuei Ecological Education Museum, and all trails in the area are currently closed to visitors.
Pingtung
◎ Beidawu National Trail and Jinsuiying Ancient Trail remain closed, and applications for staying at Guibi Mountain Lodge are temporarily suspended.
Chiayi
◎ Alishan National Forest Recreation Area and all trails within the area are currently not recommended for visiting.
Dongshi Forest District Office

◎ The four national forest recreation areas—Daxueshan, Baxianshan, Hehuanshan, and Wuling—as well as their associated trails, are currently closed to visitors.
